Do passes include travel and/or accommodation?

No, passes do not include travel, accommodation or food at the venue.

Can I book for my group if I don't yet know who will be attending?

Yes, that is not a problem at all. You can go ahead and book your group's passes now, and then the passes can be assigned to your group's members at a later date through the "Manage bookings" link in the confirmation email you will receive upon booking. Passes can also be transferred to a colleague.

How can I request an invitation letter?

If your institution requires you to provide an invitation letter for internal approval, please email info@gsdcongress.com.

For visa applications, most delegates are eligible for the eVisa, which does not require a visa invitation letter.

Are bursaries available?

We have a limited number of bursaries for delegates from emerging countries. Bursaries cover 25% of the pass price – find out more and apply.
