About the zone
Brought to you in partnership with Hong Kong Baptist University, the One Health and Well-being Zone returns – now reimagined and enhanced for its second edition. This dedicated sanctuary offers congress participants a space to pause, recharge and restore their well-being amid the bustle of the congress programme.
Drawing on HKBU’s holistic approach, the zone seamlessly blends Eastern wisdom – such as traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), tai chi and mindfulness practices – with cutting-edge modern science, including insights from neuroscience, sports science, digital health and AI-driven wellness innovations.
The collaboration fosters novel solutions and research in sustainable health and wellness, bringing together thought leaders and experts from around the world.
